We always strive to provide safe and professional care. However, sometimes situations may arise where you as a patient do not feel satisfied, or where you and the healthcare professional have different opinions about the treatment or the way you are treated.

It is important for us to listen to your views. By telling us what didn't work, we can improve and prevent similar things from happening again.
