We accept referrals for adult patients from other healthcare providers.

You can rest assured that we will only perform the procedures indicated on the referral, and that the patient will be called promptly. Once the treatment is complete, you will receive a referral response. We value a good working relationship with you as a primary care provider.

Information we require in connection with referrals

On all referrals: name, address, telephone number (for patient and your clinic), medical history, status, X-rays, diagnosis, planned further treatment and question.

Special consideration when referring for CBCT

Can the question be answered with another radiological examination? CBCT referrals in children are avoided.
