A comprehensive examination/investigation for those who want to replace single teeth with implants or need a full oral rehabilitation. We review your goals, take the necessary images and more advanced imaging to assess bone volume and conditions (eg CBCT/3D X-ray). You will receive a cost proposal for one or more therapy plans based on your wishes and conditions.

ALL-ON-X Step by step
Step 1
The first step in establishing a treatment plan is to gather all the necessary information. Depending on the extent of the case, different types of radiographs are needed. For simple cases, single periapical images are often sufficient, but if, for example, the bone volume is insufficient, more X-rays or a CBCT scan are required. Photo documentation and digital scans are also taken. Only after this can a precise and individually tailored treatment plan be developed.
Step 2: Advanced planning with CBCT and digital analysis
Once the initial data collection is complete, we move on to the detailed planning phase. If necessary, a CBCT (3D X-ray) scan is performed to get a clear picture of bone volume, anatomy, nerves and other structures that are crucial for safe implant placement. CBCT provides information that standard X-rays cannot show and is therefore key in more complex cases. We have a CBCT in the clinic and a specialist radiologist attached to the practice. Based on the data, intraoral scans and photographs, our team performs a digital analysis and virtual treatment planning. This determines the exact positions, angles and depth of the implants, and predicts how the future prosthesis will be supported. This allows us to work more predictably and minimize the risk of complications. Planning is done in close collaboration with our in-house dental lab, ensuring that surgery and prosthetics harmonize from the start. The result is a precise, individualized treatment plan that forms the basis for surgical implementation and for achieving optimal aesthetics, function and durability.
Step 3
The surgical procedure starts with the removal of all teeth in the jaw in question. The area is then carefully cleared of damaged, inflamed and infected tissue. Once the area is completely cleaned and prepared, four to six implants are placed, depending on the quality of the bone, anatomical conditions and the final design planned. Total surgery time usually varies between 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity, possible bone reduction and the amount of tissue to be removed. After the implants are installed, the next important step is the post-surgical impression, where the jaw is scanned or imprinted to allow for the fabrication of the temporary bridge, which is then fitted on the same day of surgery.
Step 4
Post-surgical step - digital scan and temporary design Once the surgery is complete and before the patient goes home, a digital scan is performed, either with an intraoral scanner or with photogrammetry for maximum precision. Based on this data, our dental lab produces a digital design, after which a 3D printed temporary prosthesis is made.
Step 5
After the surgery, the patient receives his/her temporary prosthesis on the same day, made from the digital scan taken immediately after the procedure. This prosthesis is attached to the implants and serves as an aesthetic and functional solution throughout the healing period until the implants have stabilized and the final permanent structure can be fabricated and fitted.
Step 6
Once the implants have healed and achieved full stability, the permanent restoration process begins. We take a high-precision digital impression, which provides an accurate representation of soft tissue, implant positions and occlusal relationships. This data is processed directly by our in-house dental lab, providing maximum control, speed and quality throughout the process. Before the final prosthesis is manufactured, several try-ins are conducted with 3D printed prototypes. These try-ins differ significantly in aesthetics and level of detail compared to the final design, but are an important step in fine-tuning occlusal height, function, phonetics and overall expression. During each try-in, the patient's wishes and preferences are always taken into account, and adjustments are made until both function and aesthetics are perceived as perfect. It is important that you as a patient communicate your wishes to your dentist. Once the prototype is approved, our lab manufactures the final, high-quality restoration, customized for natural appearance, optimal fit and long-term durability. During fitting, everything is carefully checked to ensure that the result meets both clinical requirements and patient expectations.
